** INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY ** The Dupuy Institute, a non-profit organization providing scholarly research and objective analysis of historical data related to armed conflict and the resolution of armed conflict, is seeking qualified interns to work on a contract project analyzing post-World War II guerrilla wars and insurgencies.
These internships will be two to three-month unpaid, non-staff positions. Experience with basic historical research sources necessary. Background in quantitative political science or historical methodologies preferred. Ability to read French also desired.
The internships will be for 20-40 hours a week, and can be integrated into a current independent study or degree program. Interns will work from The Dupuy Institute offices in Annandale, Virgina, but also spend time researching in Washington D.C. area libraries.
