Lucky Member	posted 12-10-2004 04:37 PM Interesting set of notes from everyone. I think what is lost here is the German Army Commanders Aversion towards two types of German Officers; Intelligence Officers and Logistics Officers. For the most part they were the most hated of all officers in the German officer corps. Like the Soviet Army, those that were going out the door ended up intelligence officers. I just don't think the Prussian thinking was down in the weeds on counting beans nor casualties, they were more interested in results, not into details of 'stuff.' K IP: Logged
