I am aware that the 2nd & 3rd Armored Divisions remained under the 1942 T/O when
the other fourteen armored divisions reorganized to the September 1943, T/O.

I am certain that changes must have been made to the 1942 tables that these two divisons were using during 1944-1945.

How would I find out what changes were made
to types of equipment, communications equipment and even personnel types. The Historical Data Cards on these two divisons
show only the adoption of the 1942 tables and then the next change in June 1945 tables?

Actually there were no changes to the T/O of the 'heavy' division through June 1945, at least to the basic AGF tables. The only major change practically was the theater change giving the division 27 M4 105mm assault guns replacing the M8 75mm assault guns in the tank regiments.
