In Numbers, Predictions and War, it states that a FCE (Fire Control Effect) value of 0.9 is assigned for a 1973-vintage M-60 tank.
Should tanks from WW2, which in theory have poorer fire control/optics/rangefinders/etc have correspondingly lower FCE values ?
Furthermore, it seems like non-turreted tanks, such as assault guns, would have a worse FCE due to aiming difficulties.
