If anyone is interested, pages 15 to 28 of HERO report #32, Volume III, "Use of Historical Data in Evaluating Military Effectiveness" is the data used by Col. Dupuy for his WW2 Weapons OLI's.

I am, thank you. But I am still confused as to how to get all of the HERO reports. I have seen a few listed for ordering on ths TDI website, but as to the rest, are they available online, or by mail subsription? I do not recall seeing tthe report in question listed.

Joeseph; Check under the section here (home page) publications, then HERO reports, then scan down the list.

Its there. The confusion may have been created by us listing the reports our web site in three different categories: "HERO", HERO/TNDA" and "HERO/DMSI". This was basically just a convenient way to break a list of over 100 reports into three chronologically arranged parts. They were all "HERO" with the corporate structure changing in various attempts to recapitilize and expand the business. The later TNDA and TDI were two distinctly seperate organizations, although they not only shared the same founder (Trevor N. Dupuy) but also many of the same staff. As such, they are the direct descendents of the HERO. "DMSI" did sputter along for a year or two without Trevor N. Dupuy when it naturally died. Anyhow, the report is there. In all cases, we just have our master copy and must send it out to Kinkos copy center when an order is made.
