The price of the books available for sale are listed beside each book. Some of
the books in stock have been damaged and these copies are available for a
discount. Please contact Susan
Rich at TDI to confirm the condition and cost of damaged copies
of books.
Copying cost for reports is $5.00 and $0.18 per page (as of August 1, 2003). The page length of each
report is listed beside each report. The cost of a report is therefore $5.00 +
$0.18 x (# of pages).
Please list the full line description for each item being ordered (including
the complete title, author when available, date, price/number of pages).
Shipping and handling is $4.95 for the first book/report, and $1.50 for each
item thereafter.

3) Make your payment for the order by clicking below.
A confirmation of your order will be e-mailed to you and the payment will
be processed. If there are any problems with processing your order, we will
inform you at this time.
